OR, you could look at it as kind of happy act of god, like a tragi-tunity, plus it’s been hotter than heck lately, a dip would really do the trick right now and I don’t think people mind paying for the little extras.” Tenants of a Leslievile housing complex are up in arms after they found a surcharge on their upcoming rent statement for ‘Pool installation, upkeep and privileges.’ This is worse than the time he charged a pet maintenance fee for the mice and roaches! Said one couple.
